• This offer is available for new bookings only (business not currently being negotiated or contracted) made at participating hotels in Europe, Middle East and Africa from 1st January 2025 until 31st March 2026 for any stay date in the future.

Flexible Terms and Conditions

• Bookings may be offered flexible terms and conditions based on the seasonality of the hotel, please discuss with hotel team
• Offer is available at all participating brands with the exception of Marriott Executive Apartments®, Design Hotels™, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, Residence Inn, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve®, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, and Homes & Villas by Marriott International.
• Offer not valid on previously cancelled or rescheduled groups, meetings or events. Offer not applicable on previously booked groups and meetings business and is not valid in conjunction with citywide bookings.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
• This offer may not be available for customers with negotiated group/ meeting rate agreements.
• Marriott Bonvoy Points for qualifying events can be earned on all eligible revenue with the exception of taxes, gratuities, resort fees and service charges.
• 3 x points: With this promotion you may earn 3 x points based on eligible charges up to a maximum of 200,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per contract subject to member’s tier level. Combined earned and bonus points may never exceed 200,000 points. This includes base points, Elite Bonus points, any promotion points, and any discretionary bonus points such as a signing bonus.
• 5% rebate on master room bill applies to group room accommodation charges posted to the master bill excluding third party charges, taxes and services fees.
• 3% rebate on master F&B bill applies to all pre-booked F&B charged to the master bill excluding third party charges, taxes and services fees.
• If the hotel benefit is a hotel credit this may only be applied towards transactions in hotel operated outlets/departments, and is not applied to room revenue, room tax, or service charges applied against the room rate. The Hotel will stipulate which goods/services the hotel credit may be applied towards at the time of booking including the timeframe of when the hotel credit expires.
• If the hotel benefit is the Connect Responsibly Carbon Offset program the hotel will require the customer to opt in to receiving the Meeting Impact Report (“MIR”) in the Eligible Event Agreement at the Participating Property.
• Offer is commissionable on groups and meetings booked through intermediaries.
• This offer is also available to social events with a minimum of 10 rooms booked per night subject to availability. Where an event has meeting room hire with contracted Food and Beverage, the offer would apply to the actualized per person food and beverage packages (non-alcoholic) only – not the room hire. Beverages contracted on a ‘consumption’ basis are excluded. 
• All conference charges including taxes must be settled upon check-out, unless credit facilities have been agreed.

• Marriott Bonvoy Members must provide his/her Member number in the Eligible Event Agreement or to the applicable Participating Property at the time of booking
• In accordance with the laws of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the earning of points or miles through Marriott Bonvoy Events does not apply to government employees, officials, employees of State Owned Entities (SOEs) and those acting on behalf of government agencies, departments and SOEs when booking an event on behalf of their employing entity, as well as intermediaries when booking on behalf of a non-U.S. governmental entity or SOE.
• All terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy program apply to this promotion.
• Residence Inn by Marriott does not participate in Marriott Bonvoy Events, therefore is unable to offer 3 x Marriott Bonvoy Events Points as a benefit. Properties that do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy program do not participate in Marriott Bonvoy Events
• Marriott International and its affiliates reserve the right to discontinue this promotion at any time.
